How did you Rashad how did you view free agency both times?

Wow free agencies is a is a monster. I'm really trying to find your fit

I remember even coming in as a rookie people had said that it might be better that you go in as a free agent because you get to choose where you want to go more

Then less and so fitting the system is it's paramount for me

It was a easy the first time with self coming from Jacksonville to the Raiders because I had a down season in Jacksonville

I had a one-year approve yourself type of a deal with the Raiders back in the McFadden and

Had an opportunity to get it in and it made MVP of the team office play of the year and

Went through for your agency again, and then that's when I got you know my my contract with the giant so

It's it's tough it's tough

You got to learn how to value your mark and get your value in the market and understand what the market is

When you were on teams and they brought in free agents and they paid guys

Is there ever any animosity when you bring in two or three really high-price guys to already a pretty good locker room?
