Today's Thursday, March 17, 2022, St. Patrick's Day.

And we begin with a little luck of the Irish leading to a possible appearance tonight of

a rare nighttime rainbow.

Well, a moon bow, this natural phenomenon occurs when the moon's bright light intermingles

with drops of water.

The resulting arc is both lighter and wider than a daytime rainbow.

That's because the moon reflects a smaller amount of light than the sun.

The best location to spot a moon bow is on a clear night near a misty waterfall while

the moon's at its brightest.

And tonight is the last full moon of the winter called the Worm Moon.
