So what we do is important, but how we do what we do becomes more and more important.

And it's for every guy here in terms of how we do what we do.

We got to do it better.

Our goal is to have the kind of team that nobody wants to play.

And that means that we have to impose our will to dominate the competition all the time.

The first thing you have to do is you have to have toughness.

You got to be tougher than everybody that we play.

I'm talking about mental toughness and I think everybody can relate to it.

It's all about what does it take to break you?

What does it take to break your focus?

Because you get frustrated about what happened on the last play.

What does it take to make you give in?

Because it's hot outside or you're tired or you don't feel like running into the ball or

giving effort or finishing the play like you should.
