Hey, good morning, Billy, how are you? It is a beautiful day here in

Nashville, Tennessee. I'm broadcasting from our Airbnb right now. I got up this morning and took

a little walk down the road and just checked out all the sites and scenery of

Nashville. It's a really nice day here. I just was reading Billy that if you walk

15,000 steps a week it could add three years to your life.

I feel like that's not a lot, right?

Wow.

I feel like a lot of days I do, there's some days I do 15,000 steps in a day,

but according to the study, 15,000 steps a week could add three years to your life so I guess I'm doing all right I've already got

about 3,000 steps in this morning well good get those joints working Shannon I know they don't work like they used to for you, but that is interesting. I may have to get my steps in now if they're going to extend my life like that.
