It involves posting a photo of yourself in 2009 next to a photo of yourself in 2019.

It's a chance to show off basically your glow up.

Listen, some of these people need to grow up.

I wanna be holy and as honest as I can be right now.

Some people need to just stop.

S-T-O-P. Stop. Please. Now, the bad thing isn't to reflect on how you

changed over the past 10 years, but the problem is that the focus is on all the wrong things.

People are focused more on their hair,

short hair, long hair, than they are on their heart. The most significant changes have nothing to do

with our appearance, but everything to do with our heart. And believe me when I say, I'm not telling you to throw away how you look
