today, I have to tell you, I was working out for the first time in months. And as I said,

I have no, I have absolutely no balance. I fall constantly. I fall when I'm standing up on my

knees. I fall when I'm on my back. It's really God awful. So I stretched out. I pulled a chest

muscle. So every time it breathes, right? I breathe. It sort of hurts. So forgive me. And when I catch my breath,

occasionally it's because I couldn't catch enough breath the last three times. Also, I

occasionally will start panting when I hear a particularly good phone call. And you're not

going to be able to tell the difference between excitement and my muscles being out.
