Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk it is Tuesday March 3rd

2020 and of course you know that we the market is still reeling from the

coronavirus fear and notice it's not the virus that's a problem

it's the fear of the virus is the problem.

Remember our economy is driven by the consumer and there's hardly anybody sick. It's going to spread. We all know that. But the

consumer not spending is where the damage is going to be done to our economy, not the

virus. Virus is no more or less dangerous than the bad flu.

We don't care, seem to care about the flu.

So that's what the problem is, is the fear of the coronavirus. And so try to calm down. You know, it's not that big of a deal.

Yes, I know people are going to say, well, it's spreading around the world, it's causing people to die.

Well, the flu, I got stats on that later and I'll share them with you.

But it's miniscule compared to the flu, miniscule, still. And it probably will remain that way for some time maybe for a couple

three years remember the coronavirus is like any other virus it's not going to go away

you know it's just it's not going to go away. You know, it's just going to spread and, you know, most, did you notice that young kids don't get really sick? They're not dying at all. It's people with compromise systems that are

the ones who die. Anyways, obviously the coronavirus is on the top of the news for everybody and even though I think it should slowly

filter off and not be so important, but it is causing volatility and how you deal with volatility is very important.

And so hopefully I can give you some strategies about that.

And hopefully we can still reach, with these strategies, hopefully we'll still reach our financial freedom goal.

You know, this is a one-time thing, people, it will subside, but it's how much damage the fear
