I actually feel like you need to tell me about this because this is a really

yummy fall lunch that I am clearly not incorporating in my life.

So this was a roasted, it's butternut squash cubed

and red onion sliced and then I had a can of San Marzano tomatoes that I chopped up a little bit and threw in there.

And a can of artichoke hearts that are water, water preserved artichro chill carts and then some kale

and it's good.
