Hey guys, how's it going and welcome to another episode of the SBL podcast. I think we're here with

episode 28. I can't believe we've done 28 of these. And today I'm lucky enough to be sitting down

with Adam Ben Ezra, who is a double bass player, composer and multi-instrumentalist. You've probably

seen his amazing YouTube video where he's playing the

track that he wrote called Can't Stop Running. It's beautifully filmed. There's a dog in the video,

which as a dog lover makes me, you know, like the video even more. But it's been watched

millions and millions of times on YouTube.

And from the back of that, really, he's launched an entire career.

He's been touring the world, doing solo performances and performances with his trio.

And he's really got a unique style, which includes a lot of percussive elements as well,

where he'll play the bass but then also use the

upright as a percussion instrument at the same time as he's playing at the same time the mind boggles right

so i'm really looking forward to getting stuck into this interview but before we get into the

interview i also want to say ibase. I did mention it last week,
