And today I got together with Scott Bass to bring you another episode of Surf News.

And it was good.

It's always good to get together with Scott.

I don't know if you probably aren't aware of this, but Scott and I really, the only time we ever get to catch up is during the show. We see each other for two minutes before

and maybe 10 minutes after, but don't really see each other throughout the week. So always good

to get together and do the show and talk surf. And so there's that. I'll lead into that in a

second. I want to say thanks for listening to last week's episode with Tony Roberts

on surf photography and filmmaking. I really enjoyed my time with Tony. And I didn't fully elaborate,

but he and I were together on a surf trip. And that's where we recorded that interview. But

the trip itself is going to be another episode called

Anatomy of a Surf Trip. And I've been working on that episode, and I plan to get that out

next week on Monday. That will be the next episode of Surf Splendor. But there's a million

different audio files and a lot of post-production editing and cutting that needs to be done and that is being done. But bear with me if it's not up on Monday. My goal is to have it up on Monday. But if it's not there Monday, you know, hopefully Tuesday, just a lot of work going into that one. But I think it'll be good and it'll be a little bit different style episode than we've done in the past. And hopefully we'll do it again in the future,

you know, always good to go on surf trips. And I know that we have a lot of new listeners now.
