1:35.3	oh, well, that's that. You know, I've tried it and it didn't work. I saw Kelly scrappily trying to
1:41.5	start again and massively succeeding. And so I want to take you back, Kelly, to the biggest
1:49.9	kind of issue that happened in your business. Can you tell us a little bit about what happened
1:54.8	when things went wrong? Yeah, sure Lisa. Thank you. It is setback after set back after setback and how do you pick yourself back up?
