Now we've all been a part of a Facebook group where somebody complains that,

oh my gosh, I have a crazy client or something went terribly wrong.

But whenever I look at those posts, the first thing I want to say is there is probably a lack of expectations set by you.

And I know that that sounds really tough, but let's be honest, it's our job to educate our clients.
