Well, guys, it's been a minute and I'm so excited to be back for a new season of Verity

podcast. In this season each episode is going to dive into a different issue that women face as believers and

followers of Christ. We're going to talk about the way the Bible intersects with our

experience as women in things like body image, sexuality, pregnancy

and birth, fertility, motherhood, singleness, and then the controversial and difficult topics of submission,

marriage, and feminism. Now these are not going to be episodes that can cover all the nuances. I want to just do a high-level view

of each one to kind of encourage you into deeper study of the topic, and I will be sure to mention resources and people

that you can follow to dig deeper into each one.

We're going to be working through these one by one building on each other kind of in a progression. So we're going to be starting

with pregnancy, birth, and fertility and then moving forward through motherhood in singleness, marriage, things like that

until we get to the final episodes that talk about some of the issues within those roles such as submission,

complementarianism versus egalitarianism,

feminism, and things like that.

So I'm excited.

I know that there was a lot of interest in this discussion based on what I was seeing on my Instagram as I've been talking more about pregnancy. I am recording this at 38 weeks pregnant. And so hoping to get all the episodes
