Hello and welcome back to this week's episode of the Turkey Hunter podcast. You're listening to

episode 24, a turkey hunter gives back in a big way.

Pretty cool story coming up for you guys. Before we get into that, I've been given the countdown

for the opener of turkey season in Alabama. And today, we are 23 days, 8 hours, 24 minutes, and 30 seconds away from opening day of turkey season in Alabama.

Normally our season starts March the 15th for most of the state, but this year, because March the 15th is on a Sunday, the state's been kind enough to open it up a day early on March the 14th.

In addition to that, our youth season opens seven days earlier.

So really and truly, 16 days, 8 hours, 23 minutes, and 45 seconds remain until we can get in the woods and chase turkeys.
