First of all, let's define this term D. Churching.

What is it, and how big of a problem is it?

Yeah, so the term D. Churching did not have a definition before we wrote this book and did this

research. So we had to we worked with our our quantitative

social scientist Ryan Burge to kind of develop a technical definition for it so

the way that we defined dechurching is somebody who used to attend a house of worship at least once a month or more and now who attends a house of worship less than once per year. So if somebody goes to church on
