So I asked the champ some questions today.

I was just asking them a couple things to get to know them even better and break the

ice around some of their business.

So I just said stuff like, you know, I said, what's your name?

I said, where are you from?

I said, what's your favorite food?

I said, what's your hobby?

And then I said, what is something that is a big weakness of yours in your business?

The number one thing that I saw over and over and over again was recruiting.

And it's interesting because for me, this is something that I think I just have never

struggled in really since I made a very conscious decision to change people's lives.

But even with that said, I recognize that it is, I don't know that it's a weakness.

I just think it's probably not where the focus is going in people's businesses.
