Summary
Your failure is not who you are.
Every entrepreneur and business owner will experience failure at some point. Missed goals, projects that don't work out, launches that fall flat, failure is part of the process. What truly sets people apart isn't whether they fail, but how they respond when it happens.
In this episode, we talk about the fear of failing in front of everyone, the fear of being judged, labeled, or remembered for a single setback. That fear alone is enough to stop many people from starting, sharing their work, or taking the risks necessary to grow.
