We are going to talk about something this week that

doesn't really off the top of your head sound like a sexy topic, but it is so stinking

important to every facet of life, but especially if you're trying to run a business,

and especially, especially, if that's even a thing, if you're trying to run a creative business.

Okay, we're going to talk about time management and

productivity and there are things people kind of want a fufu off I mean who wants to

talk about how to get more done right we all want to know how to make more money

and work less and I totally totally get. But at the end of the day, how you use your time and how productive you are is the very thing that leads you to be able to work less while making more.

And so I'm going to give you my seven top tips for increasing productivity and managing your time

today.

And then at the end I'm going to talk especially to you moms who have little's underfoot and you're

trying to figure out how the heck do you run a business especially during the summer months

when maybe the kids are home for school break and you're

trying to entertain kiddos and run a business at the same time and the truth is

it gets a little sketchy you know it's hard it's difficult and so I want to give you

whatever tools I possibly can to help make this easier for you.

And I'll start out by saying that, hey, I'm going way back to the grade school days here and I'm remembering my elementary school grade card and I'm telling you

every single year like clockwork time management Jennifer always got an A always

had top marks on A.
