Today's expression is to be in the moment. I really like this expression. To be in the moment. Do you remember the last time you ate an orange? You know, the fruit, the orange. Do you remember? Do you remember how the outside of the orange was kind of cool and smooth and a little bit waxy.

Yeah, I had a little bit of a waxy feel.

It was kind of soft, but somewhere was from... And then you put your thumb in it to open it,

and you start to peel and...

The smell and even a little bit of the orange juice would fly into the air and then the smell got even

stronger and then you peeled it and you could see the fruit and then you broke it apart and you took a piece you peeled a piece of the fruit off And then you broke it apart

of the fruit off

and you put it in your mouth

and it was very sweet
