Obviously, he's a great songwriter, a great frontman, great guitar player.

He's a cool dude.

He and I are five days apart, our birthdays.

I'm five days older, for those keeping score.

He grew up in New Jersey, but, I mean, we're a lot alike. So much so that within

just a few weeks of my very first release of Wheels Off, these conversations I've been having

and recording about creativity and the

creative process, I've discovered that Ted and Amy Mann were doing something remarkably

similar. They have a podcast called The Art of Process. And it's also a deep dive into creativity, the creative process, the creative life, the

struggles we face.

It's fantastic.
