1:02.7	So Lewis Goodall, the journalist, tweeted that they had ruled unanimously that the Scottish Parliament does not have the power to legislate for a referendum

1:18.4	who appeared on Politics Live, not long after. We've been told repeatedly that it's a union
1:23.8	of equals and it's a voluntary union. Well, I just asked the very obvious question.
