Hello, everybody. What is going on? It's Jesse Lee and call me Ashley. And I am so excited for her to play. But listen, y'all. Okay.

I miss all of you. Okay. Luckily I live on the internet. And so that's why I'm going to teach you about social media.

But I really, I love seeing all of you all over our social media pages. I love what we are doing together as a company. I love we are doing together as a community more importantly. And I'm so excited to have you here. Now if you have never met me before.

I'm a whole lot of women. And so I should have to do this myself maybe because some of you are terrified. And you're like, what did I join? So how are you? My name is Jesse Lee. I have been with Proofit for almost three years, which is so crazy. Like not quite there. But so, you know, like I'll hold on. It's 34 months. Okay. 34 months. Nothing. I'm counting anything.

And it's been unbelievable. I really feel like the opportunity found me more than I found the opportunity. And what I really mean by that is, I was at a time in my life when I was successful building online on social media. And in general, I did four and a half years in person as well. And life had a different path for me, right? Different life circumstances led me here. And I will tell you the reason that I am here today.

I am here today is because I drank a packet of raspberry lemonade ketones. I didn't want to drink them by the way because I thought this was focus, focus. And whatever, about 20 minutes into drinking them, it was like my brain turned on. And so I don't know what your ketone story is. But I will tell you for me, I felt like for the first time in my life. I was like, oh my gosh.

Shut up. This is what normal people feel like. Because I'm clearly, look, nothing's diagnosed. So like, this is not a medical claim. But like clearly, there's 80, 80, 80, something going on in my head. I needed something to slow me down and focus. So this is not an energy thing for me. This is 100%. I have to have it for focus. So let's go in on that. Okay. So let's talk about it. I, I suppose I'm the social media girl obsessed with everything Ashley said. Loved it. Loved her training.
