Do you think in Israel Keys case, there's a reality where all of his victims are identified?

Unfortunately, I don't.

I see hopefully more victims than we know today get identified, but I don't.

It's hard for me to see where a comprehensive look and a comprehensive

examination is successful for a number of reasons.

I think number one, he was good at what he did.

Unfortunately, I hate to say that.

And number two, now that he's dead, the vested interest in bringing him to justice is gone.

So the government resources that would have been dedicated to determining that and finding that

will no longer be dedicated to that because it needs to be dedicated to other victims or other

and actors that are out there still causing other additional victims.

So the government always has limited resources.

So I think that while we may get a trickling here and there of another victim added to his

infamous list, I don't ever think we'll get a comprehensive look or a comprehensive

determination of all of his victims.
