And we're again in the car, ready to pod the cast.

We're doing it guys, we're doing it.

And it's the morning and I am, I am not fully caffeinated just yet.

I had two cups of coffee in my new fabulous mugs that my husband made.

Now that you say that I think I have had two cups of coffee also.

How many does it take to be fully caffeinated? I don't know but I just don't feel like I'm there.

So in the school year I had this I it was working really well. I don't know why I quit. I need to get back to the system

but I cut way back on my coffee consumption. And I would have one cup in the morning. I would limit myself, one cup alone. And and then and it was pretty early because I

was getting up early at that time like it's funny that that's hard to do but the

second cup is never as good as the first one anyway. Yeah but but there's something about it you

know like cut yourself off at one cup so I'd have my one cup in the morning and then I

would have no cups of coffee all through the whole day, all through it. It got real hard around two or three, like hard, hard town.

And then I would, what I did try, well, I'll tell you more of the theory, then I would wait until right after

dinner and I would have two cups of black coffee right after dinner.

Okay.

It was really brilliant.

And this is why. just gave you that spark to keep going well because
