Hey I'm Matt, this is No Dumb Questions and I'm really excited about this episode

because I get to have a friend on.

Her name is Leonor or Tegatill, we went to middle school together and I went on to do some

stuff or whatever.

She went on to become a rock star.

She's been a part of the band, five iron friendsie since forever.

She's now the lead singer of a band called The Fast Feeling and she's really good at the

music thing.

But in addition to the music thing, she's also worked in the inner city of Denver with

a fascinating, diverse community of people and that's going to come through in the conversation

that we get into here in just a minute.

But a quick side note.

All the way back in conversation number one between Destin and I, when we were deciding

whether or not we should be friends, I asked him what kind of music he liked and he said,

well there's this one band that was very formative for me as a young man and that I still really

appreciate to this day and it's five iron friendsie and I was like, hey, I know somebody who's

in that band, I have a friend who's a part of that band and I don't know if he believed

me or not and we kind of backburned that for the time being.

But I know that five iron friendsie, a band that maybe many of you haven't even heard

of but you should, it was something that was really important to Destin and so I thought

it would be a blast to get on the phone with Destin and Leonore and just kind of put

us all together and have a conversation.
