Most people are giving up on an idea before an idea has got a chance to be able to reach maturity

I think it's hard for people to understand at the highest level you don't pay for so much time you pay for their expertise and then

We live in an advice-driven world where people believe that your advice is the gift.

I think the goal would be to build a community where speakers feel so comfortable they want to come back.

And give people who speak in primarily corporate spaces or you know to teams an opportunity

I'm part of a community that we run up in Toronto each year in Canada. It's called Epic,

Circa 100 people, same group of people come,

but on the speaker side of things,

some of us are faculty,

and we were part of the founding piece and then some of it is

new faces so it's about half and half there's six of us that the same recurring and have to come up with
