And today we're lucky enough to have Sandy Beals with us now. Sandy Beals is the bass player behind the humongous band One Direction.

I'm sure you've heard of One Direction. They have got some crazy, crazy stats in terms of record sales, one of the most popular bands over the last few years in the entire world.

And Sandy's been travelling the world with them doing some crazy, crazy huge gigs.

And what's really interesting about Sandy is his story into music. He hooked up

really early on with a great bass educator called Stuart Clayton over here in the UK,

who actually runs his own bass book publishing company. He talks all about that in the interview.

But what I really loved about this interview,

and I should say this real, like right up front,

it's actually one of my favorite interviews I've done.

So out of the last 20 episodes, this is one of my favorite ones.

And it's because Sandy just shares some really awesome

advice for upcoming and season bass players and just some really actionable advice as well.

They have some great insights into, you know, getting gigs, bass education and his own history with the bass as well.

I just really enjoyed the interview and I think it's just really, I don't know, there's just
