It's Dave.

Our guest this week is someone who I've spent hours and hours with.

But I haven't actually heard much of her story until now because I was the one who is busy talking about my own life.

But you're such a good listener most of the time, JJ.

I know. It was a unique situation because our guest this week is

actually a counselor who I've known for years now. What's her name? Her name is Beth Barkas and she works

for a place called Porter's Call. It's a beautiful old house in downtown Franklin, Tennessee,

where artists find a safe place to talk about the unique challenges and obstacles that come with a career in the spotlight. I've shared openly about my journey with anxiety and panic, and the counselors there at Porter's Call have been helping me process all of that since 2007.

So today is a unique opportunity to turn the tables on.
