they came in as young people and were not ordained but this one was an old an old person who has

been with us and is a lay pastor but he's a medical doctor is a pathologist so that we have to call

him to come and officiate which is our work as full-time pastors

but he rather has to do it so there were a lot of anomalies because of the people who came in full-time

and those who didn't come in full-time it caused a lot of things so we had issues to do with

ordination things that we have had to correct along the way.

You know, de-ordained people, ordained, correct, change the rules and the regulation.

But it is not out of irresponsibility that we just change things.

No, no, no. There have been very good reasons.

And we found it difficult to do, but it's like if we don't do it, this system will get

sport.
