Here is one of the strangest ones I have seen at a very long time.

This has to do with the CDC, the eviction moratorium that the CDC put into place for people to be allowed to stay in their homes if they lost income during the virus.

And the judge ruled that that eviction moratorium by the CDC is unconstitutional.

The CDC does not have the constitutional authority to invoke this moratorium.

And this affects about 12 million tenants of the U.S. behind on rent.

And so what do the U.S. district judge ruled as a guy John Barber, who happens to be a Trump appointee.
