Summary

02/26/14 - In this episode of the Universal Edition, we talk about the Mardi Gras celebration with special guest, Corey Martin, that takes place in Universal Studios Florida every year. The party starts as you enter the park and see decorations and performers lining the streets. Make your way back to the French Quarter Marketplace for music, specialty drinks and New Orleans food like Andouille Sausage, Shrimp Gumbo, Jambalaya, Beignets and King Cake. The Mardi Gras parade kicks off in Hollywood featuring real Mardi Gras floats. This year the theme is "Around the World in 80 Days". The night ends with a concert by a popular performing artist, unless you take the party to CityWalk and the New Orleans bars Pat O'Briens and Fat Tuesdays!

1:14.0	Well I was born and raised on the West Bank in New Orleans so I pretty much grew up on Bourbon Street without a fake idea.

1:24.0	And Sean knows a lot about Marty Grah too.
1:26.0	Because of green and purple and yellow. Those are the reasons I know.
1:29.0	Okay.
1:30.0	And I don't know anything about it.
1:32.0	I know nothing at all.
1:34.0	But yeah. So we're going to talk about Marty Grah specifically at Universal if I also didn't really get that point across.
