We had a five-man team and there was another group out there we were training with and this guy was talking about how he's having all these health problems. And then finally he decided, I'm not going to do this anymore. And he had a big bag of fruit with him. He had some grilled chicken. He was trying to lose weight. He'd lost a lot of weight. |
