Hello everyone and welcome to the show. Coming to you from the Bob Varley studio

in Orlando Florida. I'm your host Pete Werner joined at the table by my good

friends Dustin West. Jenny Linnop. Kathy Werling. Corey Martin and back in the

production nook or associate producer Craig Williams and on Skype joining us

from Indianapolis Indiana. The lovely and talented Mr. Will Perry. So we are

talking about Disney's Boardwalk Resort today and before we get into too much

let's just do a little bit of background. Opened July 1st 1996 along with the

Beach Club was designed by the architect Robert A. M. Stern. 378 hotel rooms

make up the boardwalk inside of this resort and 383 DBC units make up the

villa's side. This was built from the ground up to be both a DBC resort and a

hotel. It is the rooms are slightly smaller than you will find at your average

deluxe resort at 380 square feet. You will notice as the construction date gets

later the room size gets smaller. Again Disney figuring out that 20 square

feet over several hundred rooms means more rooms and interestingly enough it

is the boardwalk is the only place on Disney property that you will find a
