This is Handel on the Law Marginal Legal Advice, where I tell you you have absolutely no case.

Well, I'll tell you who probably doesn't have much of a case, and that is former President Trump, as he's moving forward with the four cases against him.

One just came down very heavily, and this was the New York case for fraud,

in which the state of New York brought forth a lawsuit arguing that Trump and his sons and the Trump

organization inflated their assets, I mean, by billions of dollars.

And based on that, better loans, insurance policy at better prices, and just got an advantage.

And what the prosecutor said, we don't get that advantage.

We, when we borrow money, when we go to the bank and get a mortgage, we play by the rules.

I mean, we don't have that opportunity.

And the judge came down and said, you know, you're absolutely right.

And here is what the judge said in this case.

And that is, number one, Trump is excluded for doing business in the state of New York

for three years. Prosecutor had asked for a forever ban, lifetime ban. Judge didn't do that three

years. The sons, two years. Each of his sons received a $4 million fine, and former President Trump received a whopping, whopping,

$355 million fine.

I mean, that was hit hard.

But, you know, President Trump didn't do himself any favor, screaming at the judge, calling

the prosecutor a liar going up on the stand, on the stand,

and just yelling at the judge and saying that this shouldn't be a trial and the judge is not being

fair. I mean, just really crazy stuff. So anyway, the judge hits him. $355 million. Now,

does he have to come up with the money?

Yeah.
