Also, let's get the whole team on the field. Welcome back. Bill Bubba-Budsy. Rick, glad to be here. Thank you. And I just walked to declare the state of the show is excellent.

Excellent. State of the union last night. It was delayed because of the government shutdown. It did take place last night. Now keep in mind, we know how conservative CBS and CNN can be.

Both CBS and CNN polls show that 76% of the viewers approved a President Trump state of the union.

And they say that 72% also approved of his immigration ideas. And that was one of the points I wanted to make because in Yalba and the kickoff, I recovered this a little bit.

You may have heard that and I certainly agree with that. The politics of it, you got to put aside and not even pay attention to because all that is agenda driven for political power.

The true thing that, I mean, the through the true numbers and the response that all politicians in our country need to look at. What did the American people think about it?

And it's apparent that the American people on the topics of socialism, immigration and where life begins, they heard what they wanted to hear from the President.

And an overwhelming majority.

Well, and again, you have to remember each one of these representatives who are there either Congress or Senate, they answer to their constituents.

So a lot of them, it fell on deaf ears. You don't, don't think they're going to have change of heart, but I thought overall, and like I missed the very first of the speech, but I thought overall that Trump did as good as I think Trump is going to do.

I thought he looked presidential. I thought he was able to highlight some, some common areas that, frankly, he had compromised on that a lot of the conservatives are not, they're not big issues with them.

But yet he, he had a few points that were non-negotiable and made it very clear where those lines were last night, like stating that America will never be a socialist country.

And it was a precious moment as they showed a close-up of Bernie Sanders scowling face.

Yeah. And now I want him to remember saying that when we start trying to address health care because socialism will not resolve health care either.
