Willpower.

Do you have willpower? It requires willpower. You've got to have willpower. He has lots of willpower. She has more willpower than I do. Willpower, W-I-L-L-L-P-O- l p o w e r it's one word and it means strength of mind determination the power the ability to make a decision yes or no, and then never change your mind.

To go straight, to be straight, to be strong.

Does everybody have willpower?

No, unfortunately. I know many of you, maybe you smoke. You want to quit and you've tried. You've tried for one day, but the next day you start again.

We might say that you have low willpower.

Well, believe me, it's not always.

When it comes to smoking, it's not always willpower.

But we can say some people have so much willpower, they can quit smoking.

Willpower is a very valuable thing, but it takes a lot of energy. It takes a special person.

Do you think Coach Shane has a lot of willpower? Hmm. Well, let's check

out the dialogue. You quit smoking? Yeah, two months now. Wow, that's great. How'd you do it?

Willpower. 100% willpower.

Yes.

Actually, it's over two weeks now.

It's about 10 weeks.

I'm sorry, over two months.

It's about 10 weeks for me officially quitting smoking.
