now these episodes were intended to be evergreen and I still believe there's a lot of good

information in these early episodes, but I do want to let you know that some of my ideas have evolved

over time. Times have changed since we made these episodes and ultimately I'd like to think I've grown

a lot as an artist and a human and that these don't necessarily represent my best work or the best of the podcast.

because it's casual, it's friendly. It's a sound that means we're having a good moment with each other so just enjoy it but today you're not

going to enjoy it because I don't have my coffee today so today what we're

going to talk about is maybe the most important question to ask yourself

when making things and it's this what would I want what would I want that's the most simple question in the

world it's super obvious but we I think maybe the further along you go in your career the harder it is to

remember to ask yourself that question so we're gonna look at why that maybe is
