Well, Elliot, thanks for coming on the podcast.

It's my pleasure. Thank you for having me.

So can you tell me what is your current job title?

So I'm the IELTS expert at Magoosh, the IELTS curriculum manager.

And so I'm, I put together the IELTS training program.

And the IELTS is the international English language testing system.

It's one of the major exams people take to usually get into graduate school or get some jobs require IELT scores and even immigration.

Some countries require an IELT score for immigration purposes.

So at Magus, we create a training program for students to help them to prepare for that exam.

Does the U.S. require that test and a score?

The U.S. does not require an IELT score.

In the U.S., the IELTS is primarily used by universities, and some companies ask for a score from

international applicants.
