Hi everybody, it's Joe Lample, the Joe behind Joe Gardner and thanks for listening to the

Joe Gardner show.

Today's conversation is with someone you either know and love is the host of perhaps one of your

all-time favorite gardening TV shows or you're in the other

camp where you're not familiar with her at all. That's because Erica Glazner,

host of a Gardner's diary on HG.G. TV, which was really one of the true original real gardening

shows when H.G. TV still featured gardening shows, kind of when they had that G and H.G. TV TV. Well that series ran for 13 years from 1993 to 2006,

which really is an unheard of run for a series or host to remain on the air at

H.G. TV especially, and a real testament to their appeal.

So if you're one of those ones who spent years watching

and loving that show and miss it so much, you are not not alone I'm right there with you

and for those of you who came to gardening after that show left the air

I'm sorry about that because it really was that good and unfortunately it's not easy to find any of those episodes online.

Yes there are a few pirated episodes here and there but there's no real place to go to watch all

the reruns unfortunately because it just it was classic really

really good but really as you'll learn from my comments and from her conversation

a lot of the success of the show really had to do with Erica. So let me just tell you a little bit more about her.
