Welcome back to God's Plaining.

My name is Father Bonaventure and I am here with Father Gregory Pine of a

Tomistic Institute and Dominican Council Studies and we're here to talk about

theology, philosophy, literature, any of those topics. In particular in this

episode we're going to talk about Franciscans and

Dominicans but first off Father Greger you've been out and about these days as

usual and I think you're coming to a end of a little bit of busiest times

but what have been up to since the last time we run God's planning?

Excellent question.

What have I been up to?

Let's see, the month of October, we had a conference

at Columbia University about the moral imagination of the novel, which we co-sponsored

with the Morningside Institute and Columbia's Department of Philosophy.

And that was really excellent and it raised a lot of cool questions.

There were presentations on Jane Austin, on Michelle Wellbeck, on

Willicather, and a kind of like, oh yeah, but Walker Percy, some really

excellent papers for some great scholars, great professors.

And then some other kind of various and sundry campus visits.

So we have a few campus chapters in, let's see, Oklahoma and in Texas. So visits to Oklahoma
