So the five things that make up hustle sanely five are number one, complete your focus three, Number 2, move for 30 minutes. Number 3, tidy for 15 minutes. Number 4, say or do one kind thing for yourself. And number 5, say or do one kind thing for yourself and number five say or do one kind thing for someone else.
