Always had this love of hair and after high school I didn't go to college I moved to New York City and I was like I don't know what I want to do with my life.

Eventually I started beauty school much to my parents sugar in they were like,

what you want to be a hair stylist? This group that I was on was 5,000 women in LA.

And so I was getting calls left and right to the point where I started saying no more than I could say yes because I was only one person and then I came to this crossroads of do I expand this

movely and bring on more hair stylists or like open a place. We opened the first dry bar in

2010. It was in the middle of a recession and people thought we were crazy like how are you going to make this business work?

You know I mean that was part of my claim to fame with Drybar I gave everywhere I went I would bring blowouts

and I these like because we had these coasters that you know when we

started they were like they look because the whole thing is a bar theme and

their little coasters like at a bar and one of them says lucky bitch and then like but you know and

I bring one for him I would bring one for my dad for that one we don't have

yesterday when she walked in and I noticed she cut her hair and I was like oh you got your hair.
