When I say outdoor episode, it does not mean that Bear Grills or Ray Mears will be on to talk about, you know, drinking piss and eating sheep dick. If anyone's

eating sheep dick in this podcast, it's going to be me. I say we're outdoors because, and you can

see this in the video version on YouTube, we're literally outdoors. I'm doing the podcast in my garden,

and there was a moment there where I tried to push myself up from my seat and my legs went up in

the air and I felt very, very vulnerable,

very vulnerable, but it's all good. You might hear a wee bit of wind during this podcast,

not from me, but just from the Lord Jesus Christ and Mother Nature. You might hear dogs in the

background. You might hear lawnmowers. You might hear strimmers. You might hear the sound of birds.

Guys, we're just going to deal with it because I need to be outside. Let me just say, I have such a great tan at the minute. It is so good. And I hate that I'm not out and about socialising people because I love what people say. Well, have you been away? And I go, yeah, to the garden. garden you know I'm not really able to do that but

trust me my tan is looking really really nice at the minute I mean I'm working on that and
