Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to series two episode three of George

Ezra and friends the podcast my guest this week was an absolute gentleman he

invited me into his family home and he fed me and he made me feel very welcome

indeed it is of course Laurie Vincent one half of the band slaves here in the UK

who when we sat down they were the dawn it was the dawn of the release of their third studio

album active fear and love all three of those studio albums have been top ten albums here in the UK

which is just incredible and so deserved yeah well done boys and it was just amazing to sit down

and talk about everything that has led the band to where they are today and everything that they

would love to play around within the future I should say of course in the half time break the

interval we will hear a word from our partners over at my charity if you are listening outside

I'm glad I like the fact you've come to my house I like I like showing people where I live and

what who I am it's not it's a rare thing that you get to do in this line of work I know I love it

when if someone on the off-chance is going to pop round I get a bit it's not a house felt but it's

kind of like oh maybe I'll make a bit more sense to them when they see like your films and you're

where you are and then as you can always paint a mental image of me now whenever you think

whenever I think of Laurie I'll put you in your sat in bed and so you've you've listened to one
