And I'm back with another podcast

And the title of today's little chit-chat is called

Do You, Boo, defining your own success versus learning from the best. So we're going to talk about

both aspects because you need to learn from people, but you have to define success for yourself.

And I see a lot of people struggle with how to do that.

They, you know, slip into comparisonitis.

So hopefully these tips will be helpful.

And I was inspired to talk about this based on just the overwhelming response I received from my last post, which was not a podcast. It's just a written

post on my blog, but it's called Grace versus Grime. And I won't go through it all, but if you

haven't read it, I definitely encourage you to go on thinking growchick.com and check it out.

But it was basically me just talking about how I am giving up the

grind, which doesn't mean that I'm giving up my goals, you know, definitely not. But the way that I was

pursuing my goals, I'm giving up that whole attitude that I have to grind it out in order to succeed

and that this has to be really hard and you know all that jazz the way

people make you feel if you're on their Instagram profiles and they're like I didn't get no sleep

last night because I'm on my grind and you know how our culture celebrates that I did that for a while
