| 0:11.0 | Namaste dear friend, it is Sahara Rose and I am so excited to share with you all about my 31-day Mind Body Transformation Challenge. |
| 0:24.0 | So I thought of this challenge when my Guruji, which means teacher and Sanskrit, Deepak Chopra, posted that he is committing to transform his body in six months, which I think is amazing because you know, it's hard when you're traveling and writing and doing all these things to take care of your body. |
| 0:43.0 | So I love how he said to everyone that he's committed to making a change. So that day I was going to see him and I thought of the idea, well, what if we did a challenge a 31-day challenge that everyone can follow along with? |
| 0:58.0 | And he loved the idea. So I wrote out a 31-day plan that he approved of and we will be hosting it together on his platform, Jio.com. And I am so, so, so excited to have you guys come along with us on this journey. |
| 1:14.0 | How it's going to work is every single day I'm going to be presenting you with one little quick tip or habit that you can implement into your lifestyle. |
| 1:24.0 | It's not going to be anything drastic, but it's slowly going to build upon each and each task as the weeks go on. |
| 1:32.0 | So in 31 days, you're going to notice that you fully transformed your relationship with food and mindfulness just with these little little tips and habits that you're implementing into your daily practice. |
| 1:45.0 | So this isn't something that you're going to lose tons of weight with or you know, like cure cancer. It's just 31 days, so we have to be realistic that it's just to kick off your transformation. |
| 1:57.0 | But sometimes it takes the support of a community to keep you kind of committed to it because a lot of times we say that we're going to do something and then we don't and that's why you know diets never end up working out. |
| 2:10.0 | So with this, it is implemental, it is gradual, it is something that you can slowly, slowly integrate into your lifestyle. So it's not something that comes in and out, but stays for the long run. |
| 2:23.0 | What are the things that we're going to change? Well, we're going to start very simple things that you may already be practicing, like drinking hot water, taking walks in nature, practicing mindful eating. |
| 2:35.0 | A lot of these things that I mentioned you may already know about, but not actually be practicing. So we all know how important it is for example to take a walk outside in nature every day, but how many of us actually do it? |
| 2:49.0 | We may know how important it is to meditate or to drink hot water or not to eat packaged foods, but a lot of times we slip and we do these things anyways, even though they know we know that they're not right for us. |
| 3:03.0 | So being part of this challenge sort of holds you accountable and it shows that you're not in this by yourself. We're all in this together. So it's just challenging yourself to be the best version of who you are. |
| 3:17.0 | And then 31 days by adding one little new thing day by day into your lifestyle, you're going to notice that after a month these things are going to become just natural to you. |
| 3:28.0 | And I don't even want even going to be something that you're making an effort for anymore. |

| 3:52.0 | You can log in, create an account, and that's how we're going to hold each other accountable. So you can share what you're eating every day, what your workouts are little inspirational quotes that you came across. It's basically a social network all about consciousness. |
| 4:07.0 | A lot of people like you and I, we may be using Instagram or Facebook to promote this mindfulness and consciousness and things like that. But Jio is actually made for this purpose. So Jio split up in different categories like movement, meditation, nourishment, etc. |
