And of course, it was inevitable. I got sick. The only one that's holding out strong is my wife.

You know, I got to give her credit. She is healthy as a nut. She is holding out strong. But it is just

sucks the life out of me? Lawyers and accountants, they mean well, but man, do they drain me.

And I'm going to tell you about that in just a second. But first, I've got to give you some backstories.

So in February 2016, I had been running my own coaching and consulting business for quite a while.

Now, it was a pretty low-key thing. It was low-stress, which is just the way I like it.

Any business that I design, I'm always very intentional about keeping it low-key and low-stress.

And so it was great. And in addition to that, I had a partnership with New York Times bestselling author Michael Hyatt.

So I had helped him grow his business. I'd helped him, you know, expand all of his teachings

and turn them into offerings, you know, products, memberships, all that kind of stuff.
