Hi everyone so today Jesse and I are going to be exploring the world of fitness and we're going to be talking about how to fit fitness in to your everyday routine and how to make it a really simple, approachable way of working out and so that it's not daunting or something that you you know are dreading doing but you know you should do for your health but how to do it in a

way that you really enjoy it find things you love and we're just going to get into this topic and we've got lots of fun stuff to share.

Yeah, I think we've all been in the boat where we're spending time getting ready to go to the gym, prepping our clothes, our water, maybe an energy bar, whatever

is part of your process, driving down to the gym, doing a workout, showering, having a post workout meal or smoothie,

and by the end, the whole ordeal takes maybe even a couple of hours

and we all know our schedules for the most part are super busy and

that can be a real chore to fit that in especially on a regular basis so a big thing

Marney and I are focusing on is incorporating fitness into our daily routine.

So that can mean different things, but for us what we like to do is say we're wanting to go

to the farmers market on a Saturday and get produce for the week,

we'll get on our bikes. We'll set our bikes up in a way where we've already done this,

where we have Pagnets on the bikes which are bags that come

off the back and we can go to the market on our bikes and get our exercise in, get some fresh air, get some

fresh air, get some sunlight,

and then we have a destination

and we're accomplishing two things at once

because we're going to go and have a nice time
