Interesting thing about the Super Bowl, we didn't get a chance to talk about this this is that the Seahawks look like they're going up for sale.

Like right after the Super Bowl and they're talking about it being a $7 billion sale.

This is all part of the, um, the arrangement that Paul Allen made upon his passing, his sister runs his estate,

but he said he wanted the team sold and the profits to go to charity.

Seven billion dollars, but there was no deadline, no date put on when she had to sell the team by. So she's just been hold on to it. It was supposed to be done like, it was very vague terminology. I don't know if it was like in a timely manner. But it was never no dates, correct. And so she's just been kind of. And there were rumors about the NFL fining her for not doing that, which is not true. They've refuted that. They refuted that, but the Wall Street Journal printed that anyway. Now, that doesn't, that doesn't mean that they're right. No, my guess is they're not. Like, it's, it's findable. That information is findable. The fact is, it really doesn't matter. And she's time to sell. And there's going to be some really lucky charities.

That's for darn sure. Seven billion dollars. Wow. And they said that's based on the sale of the

of the commanders. And here's the thing, Sam. Now, I don't know how much property they have in Seattle

because the commander's part of the value is they had some big properties that they own for their training facility and another facility and whatever.

The thing in Seattle is we've talked about all this great ownership, hiring smart people

and getting out of the way.

The Allen family's on a great job with that franchise for a long time.

Obviously, Paul and now the sister, they've done a great job.

They sell the team.

If you sell it to the wrong person and they become a Dan Snyder type, the Seattle Seahawks

who have been one of the best franchises in the last 20 or whatever to years in the NFL,

that's not going to last.
