So, when you think Hall of Fame, did you think Jeff Kent was a Hall of Famer?

You know, when I saw that announcement yesterday, I had two reactions.

One was we really are dipping a lot closer to, if not already, into the Hall of Very Good and not the Hall of Fame.

And the second part is Lou Whitaker's numbers are better.

His war is like twice or two thirds and whatever it is. Like Lou Whitaker, like, it's just another showing that if they're going to go this route and be in the Hall of Very Good, it's fine. I don't agree with it. I think that Lou Whitaker actually is a Hall of Famer, and I think Jeff Kent's close. Maybe he was. I don't know. There's nothing ever that he, I don't know. I'm just, I saw the news and I'm into things need to knock my socks off, right? You want to be in the Hall of Fame. Your career need to knock my socks off. You want to be in the playoff. And I don't, I'm not seeing that. Like, he had a very good career. It had a long career, and a lot of home runs, the whole deal.

He played on good teams. And maybe just because he played a lot on the West Coast, the National League. I don't know that I just, I didn't get that feeling. But he's going to be in the Hall of Fame. So there you go. I mean, I don't know. Maybe a seamhead that, maybe even that's Al Borgius, but he would agree

because he played for the Giants.

So of course, Al's going to because he played for the Giants.

So of course, Al's going to say he should be in the Hall of Fame.

So maybe Al's not the right guy to ask.

I want to ask a seamhead about that one.
